The front desk person was so sweet kind and let me know she will do everything she can to get me in before my lunch break ended. The worst visit in my whole life, the receptionist looks lost, asking me Several times to spell church street, when the provider came, she was so lazy deal with me, she talk to me like she don’t wanna be in that place. An advice to this ugent care, please hire better people, cause with the personal you have now, you may shutdown your business very very soon. I’m not going back this place, never again.

Dr. Maddie is terrific. She takes her time to ensure you are well taken care of. She explains her treatment plan, answers questions, and has a great caring nature. I am pleased with the front desk as I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great service by all.

I was a walk-in as the office opened a few days ago. I had the worst pain I’ve ever felt for the prior 36 hours in my right thumb. I was seen almost immediately by Madeline Burke. Maddie was kind, empathetic, professional, patient (I needed a LOT of lidocaine) and thorough. After numbing my thumb and relieving the pressure by “expressing” fluids that had built up (think “scalpel”), Maddie decided that I likely had a bacterial infection. She prescribed an antibiotic and a course of ibuprofen to control residual pain while the antibiotics did their thing. By the time the lidocaine wore off, though, I was completely pain-free and remain so two days later. This was a great experience all around. While I hope never to need to return to Acton Urgent Care, I suspect – life being what it is – that I’ll be back. In the meantime, I recommend them to everyone and everyone. Thank you!!

Easy to check in. Despite 5 ahead of me, it was quicker than I thought. Doctor was direct, which I like and answered my questions thoroughly. The downside was the very small waiting room with close seating and of course, filled with sick people.
